How does the software trial work?
Start with 2 calendar months without a software subscription charge. A payment method is required. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. The trial is available once; plan changes do not restart it. Stripe Checkout shows the exact first-charge date and recurring amount before confirmation.
What do I pay when a client pays me?
1.6% per successful payment is the Ownlybiz service fee for US businesses accepting supported client payments in USD. Stripe deducts its actual processing, currency-conversion and other applicable charges from the expert’s connected account separately; processing is not included. Payment fees apply during the software trial. For a supported $100 payment, the Ownlybiz service fee is $1.60; Stripe’s actual costs are additional. This is not a final net payout. Spending prepaid credit does not charge the payment fee a second time. Australia: Ownlybiz service fee: 1.6% per successful client payment. Canada: Ownlybiz service fee: 1.6% per successful client payment. United Kingdom: Ownlybiz service fee: 1.6% per successful client payment. Under international direct-payment terms, client payments are in USD. The published Ownlybiz service fee excludes Stripe’s actual processing, currency conversion and other applicable Stripe charges, which the expert pays separately. Country and account eligibility remain required; subscription billing is separate.
What is included in annual billing?
The annual amount covers twelve months and is billed once yearly after the initial trial. Current annual prices equal ten monthly payments. Any offered trial is separate from the annual price.
How are live sessions and AI usage handled?
1:1 voice and video have no monthly minute limit under the current plans. Individual sessions still follow duration, access, payment and service safeguards. Group sessions use credits for each connected person, including the host. Host-led workshops and Interactive sessions with host-controlled speakers follow the limits shown in your dashboard. Optional group credit packs add live usage without increasing room capacity. Group and AI credit balances are separate, and there are no automatic overage charges.
How do creation AI credits work?
See the included paid and trial allowances for your selected plan. Included website and email creation credits refresh by calendar-month allowance periods, including on annual subscriptions. Changing plans does not refill spent usage. Purchased credits are separate and require eligible access; generation can consume more than one credit depending on the action.
Who can sign up for this offer?
Currently eligible business locations: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States. Payment terms depend on your business country; confirm them during signup. Stripe Connect identity and business verification, account approval and service setup still apply. Your software subscription and Stripe payout setup are separate steps.
What happens to an existing account?
Existing subscriptions and accepted payments keep their agreed terms. The prices here apply to new subscriptions or an explicitly confirmed plan change; they do not silently reprice an existing contract.
Are additional pages separate from AI credits?
Yes. Additional website pages are separate from the six built-in pages: Home, About, Services, Reviews, Book a Session and Contact. See each plan’s additional-page allowance above. Unlimited pages do not include unlimited AI generation, media usage or file uploads; those retain their separate allowances and safeguards.
Do I need another email service or a domain?
Your Ownlybiz site address is included. Every current plan can connect a domain you own, with DNS and SSL verification. Domain registration and renewal are separate costs. Email Center uses your connected email provider and its limits, costs and recipient consent requirements.
