1. Prohibited services

Ownlybiz may not be used for illegal activity, deceptive practices, fraud, adult sexual services, pornography, escorting, gambling, betting, controlled substances, weapons, hate, harassment, violence, exploitation of minors, impersonation, privacy violations, malware, spam, or services prohibited by payment processors.

2. Restricted verticals

High-risk or regulated verticals, including medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment, tax, immigration, insurance, credit repair, debt settlement, and similar services, require proper licensing, disclaimers, jurisdictional compliance, and may be limited or removed by Ownlybiz at any time.

3. Content and claims

Experts must not make misleading claims, guaranteed outcome promises, fake credentials, fake reviews, manipulative pricing, hidden fees, or deceptive urgency statements. Ownlybiz may moderate, hide, suspend, or remove content that creates legal, safety, processor, or reputational risk.

4. Reviews, testimonials, AI, and marketing

Users must not create fake reviews, hide material review incentives, suppress negative feedback deceptively, invent testimonials, use AI-generated claims as fact without review, send marketing without permission, use misleading sender names or subject lines, omit required unsubscribe handling, or use purchased or scraped lists for marketing.

5. Safety and cooperation

Users must cooperate with identity, compliance, processor, fraud, and safety checks. Ownlybiz may preserve records, suspend payouts, reject requests, or terminate accounts where needed to comply with law, defend claims, prevent fraud, or protect users.

6. Platform enforcement

Ownlybiz may take action without prior notice when a violation or risk is suspected. Enforcement can include warnings, feature limits, search hiding, domain disconnection, account suspension, payout holds, refunds, chargeback recovery, data preservation, and account termination.
