What goes into the calculation?
Check what the balance covers
Subtract the charge from the starting credit. If the charge is larger, the tool shows the gap. That gap is a planning figure, not permission for a live session to overdraw its balance.
Keep the scope just as clear
Tell the client what to bring, what one conversation can cover, and when you expect to finish. Agree how to handle more time before the session begins.
A few useful distinctions
Does per-minute billing count only time spent speaking?
Ownlybiz uses elapsed session time, including reading and thinking. This calculator subtracts only the free intro time you enter; it does not infer pauses or discounts.
Can I use the result as a spending cap?
No. The result helps you plan and explain a price. It does not control a live session or reserve a booking. A proposed 15-minute conversation is an expectation to agree with the client.
